Our terms and conditions are simple to read and understand. Please read each point carefully prior to ordering any services from us. It's a binding contract between HostoMe and the Client(you). If you are not clear about any terms and conditions on this page, Please open a ticket for our Pre-Sales department and will gladly explain you.

Personal Information

Your information entered on the order form will be transmitted to our billing system using a Secure Socket Language(SSL) and kept confidential.

Automatic Renewal

You are responsible to make payment on or before the due date. If you have automatic payment setup via paypal or credit card, We will process your invoice payment on or after the due date unless we have received any cancellation request from you before the invoice due date. It is your responsibility to make sure that your invoices are paid on time to keep your services active.

Cancellation and Refunds

Shared & Reseller Hosting plans are only eligible for a full or partial refund if canceled within 30 days from the sign-up date. Any setup fees are not refundable.

Dedicated Servers ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for the money-back guarantee. Should you wish to cancel your dedicated server, HostoMe requires minimum 7 days notice in advance in the form of a ticket from your client area. Any less then 7 days will be subject to a full monthly charge or your server will be canceled and HostoMe will not be responsible for any data loss. HostoMe doesn't backup dedicated servers.

SSL Certificates are not eligible for refunds.

Free Domain registration or transfer offered as part of a promotion are not eligible for refund. A fee of $19.99 will be charged to release the domain

30 days Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee

We offer you a 30 day unconditional money-back guarantee on all SHARED & RESELLER hosting plans only if you cancel with us during the first 30 days.

Site Backups

HostoMe does daily backup of all shared and reseller hosting accounts(sites), but doesn't guarantee. It is always clients responsibility to maintain their site's backup on their storage.

Bandwidth Overages (Dedicated Servers Only)

By agreeing to these terms, you understand that HostoMe will bill you for bandwidth overages in the amount of $0.15/GB. Upon request HostoMe will provide the summary of bandwidth overage.

Acceptable Use/Illegal Activity

HostoMe doesn't tolerate any of the following and your site could be suspended or terminated immediately:

Hacking the contents over the world wide web.
Hosting any financial sites involved in any kind fraud.
Hosting sites with illegal contents or others copyright material.
Spamming or sending unsolicited email over the world wide web or using email software.
HostoMe doesn't allow hosting or storing porn contents.

Domain Name Services & Registration / Free Registration

HostoMe may register a domain for free for the first year as part of a promotion, if the hosting account is canceled before completing the first year then a charge of $19.99 will be applied to release the domain name. HostoMe will renew the domain name every year and will charges the renewal fee to the hosting account.

Affiliate Payment

A client referred by an affiliate site or link should pay HostoMe for 90 days in order for the affiliate to get paid their affiliate commission. Affiliate will be paid on a 45 days term basis.
